YOU MUST HAVE:

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with META business and cross function team to create, lead and execute ISC strategy initiatives such as localization to address the fast business growth needs.
• Lead the end-to-end supply chain operations in META region, including site management, procurement, planning, quality, logistics etc to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost result excellence.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices among the manufacturing sites in region.
• Lead ISC team in META region to quickly respond and address issues which could potentially impact business or customer satisfaction, such as tariff, sanction, import/export controls, customer quality complaints etc.
• Lead efforts to build up a regional supply base with agility, low cost, simple and resiliency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Ensure fast development of ISC talents in region.
