Summary:
The Project Planner Engineer Specialist is responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing detailed project timelines and plans. This role ensures that project objectives and deliverables are met within the defined scope, time, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering.
- 5-6 year's of experience.
- Proven experience as a project planner or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather project specifications and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance against the baseline schedule; prepare regular status reports.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and ensure alignment of project goals.
- Provide expert guidance on project management best practices and methodologies.
