HR Generalist
As HR Generalist for Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow, you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. You will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
- University education from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matter.
