As HR Generalist for Honeywell Aerospace in Krakow, you will impact the success of our organization by effectively managing HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the growth and development of our employees in a regional HR Model. You will promote a high-performance environment, accelerate leadership effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.

  • University education from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
