We are seeking a strategic and dynamic seller to oversee all sales activities related to LenelS2 Synergy within a major region or specific vertical markets. The Project Synergy Sales will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to enable the success of the projects business and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, expanding market share for LenelS2's/HBS innovative security portfolio, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience within the security access control and video industry, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
- Leadership: Influential leader capable of influencing and managing vertical project sales within given region.
Technical Acumen:

Deep knowledge of the physical security market, including access control, video management systems (VMS), and cloud-based security solutions.

Deep knowledge of the construction eco system related to new project builds.

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and effectively prioritize competing demands.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position is ($106000-133000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
