As a Program Planning Specialist at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving the success of strategic initiatives.

Your expertise in program planning, budget management, and risk assessment will ensure timely project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop roadmaps, manage resources, and provide value through effective financial modeling.

You will be a key member of the dynamic PMO, contributing to the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Transformation journey while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

 YOU MUST HAVE:5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO related experience Proven track record in program planning or a related field, meeting quality, and timeline expectations.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc.

Strong knowledge of IT Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and operational governance.

Experience with resource staffing and vendor billing processes. WE VALUE:Proficiency in business case development and financial modeling techniques.

Experience contributing to large-scale IT projects.

Ability to drive value realization through metrics and performance indicators.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.

Proven experience in leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA projects, contributing to successful transformations and implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Ability to foster good relationships, ability to prioritize, influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.

Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Direct experience in implementing and supporting global technology solutions across time zones strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.  #AERO26
Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, defining key milestones and deliverables.

Budget and Finance Management: Oversee budget planning and execution, ensuring financial health and accountability across projects.

Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks associated with program execution, implementing strategies to mitigate them.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular status reports on program progress, budget implications, and risk status to stakeholders.

Intake Management: Manage the intake process for new project requests, assessing feasibility and resource allocation.
