Key Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and hands on experience in implementing DCS, Scada, Virtualization platform & PCN network.

  • Working experience for Honeywell system on DCS, Scada, TPS, FDM, SM/FSC, PLC would be a plus.

  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell Experion hardware and Software.

  • Implement and Administer on EPKS and TPS Domains, controllers (C300, HPM), FTE network etc.

  • Assist clients with third party vendor communication to Honeywell systems.

  • Provide technical support to customers and serve as customer contact for project/ service related issues.

  • Program code & logic including system configuration / implementation and troubleshooting existing codes.

  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and plant startup/ commissioning activities.

  • Perform audits and baselines of installed systems to help with migrations and trouble shooting.

  • Team Player, competent with being the lead support person on site.

  • The ability to accurately document work performed.

  • Knowledge of other 3rd party systems such as DCS, Scada, PLC a bonus.

  • Knowledge and experience with process instrumentation would be beneficial.

  • Leading to support projects from preliminary engineering, detail design, startup. Have capability to lead others to accomplish all project goals and objectives.

  • Must be able to take ownership and responsibility for work and actions.

  • Support service call, preventive and corrective maintenance of system hardware/software/networks.

  • Be able to respond to emergency calls and resolve issues within the guidelines that meet our contract customer expectations and requirements.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in with Engineering, preferably in Electric/Electronic/Instrumentation / Automation Control

  • Minimum of 7 years’ field experience

  • Preferable with working experience in Honeywell system (Experion, TPS, SM/FSC, FDM, PHD an advantage)

  • Experienced on leading system migrations.

  • Work independently on life system.

  • Experienced in project management skill.

  • Experienced in leading a project team as Lead engineer.

  • Certificate on related engineering field, Virtualization, Networking would be a plus

  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
