ISC Production Supervisor

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for supervising production teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards to meet production goals.

You will report directly to our Site Leader and you’ll work out of our Juarez location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of production operations, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence to support the success of the business.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• English Intermediate
• Experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations focused on final assembly and electronic components.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment, and SAP.
