About the role
As a Senior Field Service Manager here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. - Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction
