IT Engineer II

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain infrastructure to meet business objectives
• Provide technical expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service.
• Support Release Management by supporting deployments for new and existing services.
• Troubleshooting performance issues with services running in Salesforce.
• Promote a DevOps culture of operational excellence, enabling continuous integration and deployment, rapid iteration, ever increasing automation, and highly available services.

Should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders.
• Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Able to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.
• Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of total IT experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant.
• Good understanding of best practices of coding standards
• Valid Salesforce certification credentials
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
