Strong project leadership skills.

Ability to delegate tasks effectively as a project leader.

Experience implementing process or project improvements.

Availability to travel 60–75%.Strong organizational skills to coordinate and structure project teams.

Experience working on projects with various international clients, attending meetings with Project Managers, and assigning tasks to the team.
