About the Role

IT Administrators form the backbone of day-to-day configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of all Hinge Health’s IT assets. It is a position of high trust requiring administrative access to some of the most sensitive IT systems in the company. We’ll be giving preference to candidates who have previous experience with vendor relationship management (VRM) or third party risk management (TPRM), and also those with interest in developing this area.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Resolve IT requests quickly and professionally via IT Ticketing System and IT Support Slack channel

• Manage Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Administer our CCTV & Asset recycling

• Support Neat Zoom Room video-conferencing

• Build and manage relationships with the many vendors that support the business

• Become a champion of spreading good security awareness and culture

• Use empathy to build trust and joy with the company at large

• Leverage automation in IT processes to enhance efficiency

• Perform configuration changes quickly with low error rates

• Maintain accurate and well organized IT records

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or IT Specialist

• 1+ years of experience working with Jamf

• 1+ years of experience working with Google Workplace Management

• Experience managing hardware running MacOS, Windows, Zoom Rooms software.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree

Demonstrates a willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving situations. Is comfortable adjusting to changing priorities and environments, maintaining a high level of performance and stepping in to assist colleagues as needed.

• Strong Organizational Skills:

Possesses excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Linux Skills:

Demonstrates a comfort level with Linux in a corporate environment, specifically Ubuntu Linux.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

This is a Bengaluru-based role that involves regular interaction and collaboration with Hinge Health colleagues in San Francisco, CA.

Time zones: San Francisco is the Pacific Time Zone, which is 12 hours and 30 minutes behind India Standard Time – for example, 8am in San Francisco is 8:30pm in Bengaluru. Standard working hours in San Francisco are between 8am - 6pm. For this role, applicants should be open to meetings in the late evening following India Standard Time.
