THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join the team transforming how millions of people access MSK care by building the engine that powers our commercial growth. We are seeking a highly skilled VP, Commercial Operations to join our Commercial leadership team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will architect and lead programs that support the company's Commercial strategy and drive operational transformation by simplifying and scaling processes and systems. You will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring our teams—from Sales to Client Success—are equipped with the insights, tools, and incentives to scale beyond our next major milestones.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

Strategic & Operational Architecture: You will architect and lead programs that support the company's Commercial strategy, driving operational transformation by simplifying processes and systems. You will lead strategic projects, using data-driven research to forecast market trends and advise senior leadership on direction.

Commercial Engine Optimization: You will oversee and scale critical functions including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Deal Desk, and Learning & Development (L&D), ensuring our pipeline generation and deal velocity are world-class.

Incentive & Compensation Strategy: You will own the design and execution of variable compensation frameworks and strategies for both direct and indirect sellers, ensuring alignment between company goals and individual performance.

Forecasting & Analytics: You will drive precision in our forecasting and reporting, leveraging data to proactively identify organizational blockers and influence executive leadership with concise, data-backed analysis.

Tech Stack Integration: You will ensure our commercial infrastructure is robust and integrated, maximizing the value of tools such as Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, Gainsight, Matik, and Asana to create a seamless workflow between upstream and downstream systems.

Team & People Management: You will recruit, cultivate, and retain a diverse, high-performing team of managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of high standards and clear career growth.
WHO YOU ARE:

A Cross-Functional Influencer: You build trust rapidly across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product, facilitating strategic discussions that align stakeholders on key initiatives.

Data-Driven: You don't just report numbers; you use them to tell a story and drive decisions, ensuring every initiative is backed by rigorous analysis.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-
10+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a similar field, with significant experience in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.

3+ years of experience managing director-level reports and leading a team of managers.

Operational Scale: Demonstrated ability to architect and manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, including experience managing BDR teams and the RFP process.

Systems Expertise: Deep experience with commercial systems and tools, specifically Salesforce, Zoom Info, and Outreach, with a track record of managing integrations.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, direct and indirect sales commercial channels, and SaaS business models.

Change Management: Demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement sales processes and drive adoption of new methodologies.

Advanced Analytics: Expertise in leveraging advanced data and analytics to inform strategy and drive business decisions.
