THE OPPORTUNITY:
Join the team transforming how we deliver musculoskeletal care by leading the engine that powers our clinical operations. We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Clinical Operations leadership team, reporting to the Vice President. In this role, you will be a key leader in strengthening our care team as we continue innovating on the delivery of care enabled by advanced technology. You will lead efficiency-driving initiatives, including the adoption of technology and ongoing performance improvements across our health coaches, physical therapists, and other care team members. As a Director, you will ensure consistency across all care team processes to drive member safety, engagement, service excellence, and clinical rigor.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

Drive Operational Strategy: Translate strategy into operating plans and procedures, surfacing opportunities through data-informed analyses. You will own the operating system for the organization, including maintaining the cadence of communications, ownership structures, and outcomes reporting.

Elevate Organizational Performance: Collaborate with Clinical Operations leadership to simplify processes, accelerate decision-making speed, improve accountability, and strengthen talent density.

Deliver Business Results: consistently hit SLAs and business outcomes (revenue, experience, quality, finances) through a high-performing operating system and AI/tech-enabled workflows. You will drive performance improvement and variation reduction to meet or exceed targets.

Lead Innovation & Change: Drive the adoption of technology and bleeding-edge clinical practice as we innovate on an AI-enabled care delivery model. You will identify and execute system design and automation to unlock scale and improve the care team and member experience.

Ensure Service Excellence: Lead program and service delivery changes across the care team, ensuring a consistent and high-quality member experience in concert with our product experience.
WHO YOU ARE:

A Strategic Operator: You have a track record of operational excellence and can lead comfortably through ambiguous environments, driving change throughout an organization.

A Talent Developer: You have experience building and leading large service delivery teams, with a strong ability to develop, coach, and mentor to drive high employee engagement.
-
A "Learn-it-all": You constantly test new approaches and act with a bias for decisions and results, leveraging cross-functional partnerships to achieve key outcomes.

A Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to influence alignment with cross-functional partners and deliver on commitments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-
10+ years of experience driving large-scale service operations (ideally in healthcare), improving patient satisfaction/clinical outcomes, and meeting financial targets
-
7+ years of management experience
-
Proven ability to lead and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Experience in digital health and/or leading clinicians in a remote, distributed environment.
-
Experience leading operations that require a high degree of change management and complexity.
-
Experience working in a start-up/technology environment.
-
Master’s Degree in Business and/or Healthcare or related fields.
