Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Execute the in-house training plan:

Coordinate and deliver engaging, high-quality training programmes that align with hotel priorities

• Identify and support training needs:

Partner with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives, and review progress monthly

• Administer required training courses:

Coordinate legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet required standards and progress in their professional development

• Engage and connect trainers across the hotel:

Lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure training is consistently delivered

• Inspire and develop the team:

Support team members within own and other teams, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive training environment
