The GALLERYone Double Tree Suites by Hilton is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, the property offers a relaxed waterfront atmosphere, complemented by signature dining venues such as VUE on the Water and the poolside VUE Patio Bar & Grill, where guests enjoy contemporary cuisine, light fare, and scenic views from morning through sundown.

The ideal candidate has multi-outlet hotel experience, a passion for leading and serving, and open availability.

What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
