主な業務内容

• 夜間におけるホテル全体のオペレーション統括
• フロントデスク業務の管理およびサポート
• VIP・重要ゲスト対応
• クレーム対応およびトラブルシューティング
• 夜間の安全・セキュリティ管理
• 各部署との連携および引継ぎ業務
• 日次レポート作成およびマネジメントへの報告

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall hotel operations during the night shift
• Manage and support Front Desk operations
• Handle VIP and high-profile guest interactions
• Resolve guest concerns and provide effective troubleshooting
• Ensure safety and security of the hotel during the night shift
• Coordinate with various departments and manage shift handovers
• Prepare daily reports and communicate updates to management
