Hilton Hawaiian Village is hiring for Housekeeper-General Cleaner to join the housekeeping team. Hilton Hawaiian Village is Waikiki's only true resort destination located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki. Our guests have access to the Duke Kahanamoku Beach & Lagoon, the world-famous stretch of pristine white sands and azure waters, as well as five sparkling pools, which include a 10,000-square-foot Super Pool and the multi-layered Paradise Pool, featuring dramatic waterfalls and one of the only water slides in Waikiki. The property has 2,860 rooms and also features 17 food and beverage outlets as well as 156k+ sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor banquet space!

The hourly rate for this role is: $26.36-$32.95

What will I be doing?

As a General Cleaner you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas (i.e. lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
• Cleans bathrooms (sinks, urinals, etc.), dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors, empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash, removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures, and cleans ashtrays.
• Delivers items to room/suite attendants upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms/suites as needed.
