各レストランおよび調理部門において、料理長・副料理長の指示のもと調理業務全般をご担当いただきます。
下記いずれかの配属となります。
- 日本料理
- 中国料理
- 西洋料理
- オールデーダイニング
- 宴会
主な業務内容
- 担当部門における調理・仕込み業務
- 食材の下処理および準備
- 料理の盛り付けおよび仕上げ
- 食材の在庫管理および簡単な発注業務
- キッチン内の衛生・安全管理(HACCP)
- 厨房の整理整頓および清掃
- チームメンバーとの円滑な連携
- ブランドスタンダードに基づいた料理提供
Key Responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking duties within the assigned section
-
Pre-preparation and handling of ingredients
-
Plating and finishing of dishes
-
Inventory management of ingredients and basic ordering tasks
-
Ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen (HACCP)
-
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
-
Smooth collaboration with team members
-
Delivering dishes in accordance with brand standards

- 高卒以上
- 調理経験(ジャンル不問/経験年数は応相談)
- チームワークを大切にできる方
- 衛生管理に対する基本的な理解
- ホテルまたはレストランでの勤務経験歓迎
- 調理師専門学校卒業または同等の知識
- HACCPに関する基礎知識
- 早朝勤務およびシフト勤務が可能な方
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Culinary experience (any cuisine type; years of experience negotiable)

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards

Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred

Graduation from a culinary school or equivalent knowledge
-
Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
-
Availability to work early shifts and flexible schedules, including shift work
