客室およびパブリックエリアの清掃品質を維持・向上するため、ハウスキーピング業務全体の管理・監督をご担当いただきます。

主な業務内容

• 客室および館内の清掃状況のチェック・品質管理

• ハウスキーピングスタッフの指導・教育・業務指示

• 清掃用品・リネン類の在庫管理および発注

• 客室のステータス管理およびフロントとの連携

• 衛生・安全基準の遵守および改善活動

• クレーム対応およびサービス品質の向上

• ブランドスタンダードに基づいた客室環境の維持

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and quality of guest rooms and public areas

• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and handle ordering

• Manage room status and coordinate with the Front Office

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and drive continuous improvements

• Handle guest complaints and enhance service quality

• Maintain guest room standards in accordance with brand guidelines

• 衛生管理に関する基本的な知識

• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力

• 細部まで注意を払える方

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards

• Basic communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail
