Are you passionate about creating memorable events and turning opportunities into success stories? As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by converting enquiries into outstanding conferences and events, while building long‑term relationships with our guests and clients.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our conference and events business, proactively identifying sales opportunities and maximising conversion rates. You’ll work closely with clients from first enquiry through to flawless execution, ensuring every event exceeds expectations.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Converting incoming conference and event enquiries into confirmed business, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell, driving additional value for both guests and the hotel
  • Managing the events calendar strategically to optimise yield and capacity
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Conducting professional hotel show rounds to showcase our facilities and services
  • Coordinating the full administrative process and seamless execution of all planned events
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Actively participating in hotel promotions and sales initiatives to increase visibility and demand

What are we looking for?

As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you are a passionate ambassador for our hotel and the Hilton brands, always acting in the best interest of our guests while collaborating closely with colleagues across the business. To succeed in this role, you bring a proactive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to excellence.

You’ll Bring- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and events simultaneously

  • A positive, can‑do attitude combined with clear and confident communication skills
  • A strong customer‑centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Confidence and professionalism when handling enquiries by phone and email
  • A high level of IT proficiency, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards, reflecting our brand values

It’s a Plus If You Have- Previous experience in a Conference & Events or similar sales‑focused hospitality role

  • Familiarity with hotel property management and event management systems
