ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。
現場オペレーションの管理に加え、スタッフ育成やサービス品質の向上にも主体的に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

• 宴会場のセットアップ

• 料理の提供

• 宴会時の進行・確認

• 必要部品の管理、発注

• お客様の荷物のお預かり、管理など

• 他部署（キッチン・セールス等）との連携

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet, meeting, and event service operations
• Lead and guide team members during service
• Train and support staff development
• Maintain service quality standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues
• Work closely with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Setup of banquet venues
• Food and beverage service
• Coordination and flow management during events
• Inventory management and ordering of required supplies
• Handling and safekeeping of guests' belonginsc
• Coordination with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)

• 宴会の業務経験者優遇
• ゲスト志向で、サービス基準を超える対応ができる方
• 英会話スキルあれば尚可
• 柔軟性があり、繁忙期やプレッシャーのある環境でも前向きに対応できる方
• 長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方

Requirements

• Banquet experience preferred

• Guest-focused with a positive attitude

• English communication skills are a plus

• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
