Hilton Malta is seeking to appoint a Seasonal Pool Attendant Supervisor to join our Recreation Department.

The Seasonal Pool Attendant Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the pool area to ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Supporting smooth operations during peak periods, adjusting workflow and resources as necessary.
• Conducting regular inspections of the pool decks and facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns and feedback.
• Monitoring pool safety, enforcing rules and regulations and ensuring staff follow proper safety procedures.
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

The ideal candidate should:

• Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a pool or recreation environment.
• Demonstrate an outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a consistently positive approach to guest service.
• Exhibit proven leadership capabilities and the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety standards.
