The beautiful Hilton Tampa Downtown is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to join their leadership team! This 520-room property is just two blocks from the Riverwalk and half a mile from Amalie Arena and the Tampa Convention Center with the University of Tampa campus is just half a mile away!

In this position, you will report to an assistant director of food and beverage, as well as a complex director of food and beverage. You will oversee the evening/PM food and beverage operations in the Che Vita, Starbucks, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar (seasonally) outlets.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of two years restaurant or food and beverage manager experience. It would be considered an asset for this role to have previous multi-outlet/hotel food and beverage leadership experience!

What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Manager you would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service

• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

• Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs

• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards

• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service

• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
