アウトレットマネージャーは、オールデイダイニングレストラン及びバンケットサービスのチームを監督し、チームの目標達成や、カスタマーサービスの向上をさせる責任があります。

1. 当日の予約状況や、営業前にオペレーションを確認し、円滑にオペレーションが行われるよう必要に応じて業務指示を行う。

2. スキル向上のためトレーニング実施

3. 営業目標を達成させるため、コスト管理とアップセルを促進する。

4. ゲストからの全てのクレームに適切な対応を行い、必要に応じてチームメンバーのサポートを行う。

5. チームメンバーのパフォーマンスを評価・面談の実施

6. 日々の勤怠管理業務 など

As an Outlet Manager, you will supervise All Day Dining Restaurant & IRD / Banquet Service team and set departmental goals and targets to ensure a continuously improving customer service experience to Guests.

1. Checks the reservation and operation before pre-opening on the day, give Team members directions for conducting smooth operation when necessary.

2. Conduct training to improve team member’s skills when necessary.

3. Manage cost and encourage upselling to achieve sales target.

4. Handle guest complaints and ensure that appropriate measures are taken, be involved in taking those measures. Support Team members when necessary.

5. Evaluate Team member’s performance and conducts review.

6. Manage the attendance record. etc
