What will I be doing?

We are looking for a Part Time Spa Host with weekend availability. As a Spa Host, you are responsible for all general areas of the Spa to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manning Reception desk, meeting & greeting all guests
  • Provide guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and fitness services and retail products, ensuring the guest’s experience at the spa is memorable from the beginning to the end
  • Answering phones and attending to guest queries
  • To effectively and efficiently manage the spa reservations system
  • Recommend and up sell additional treatments to guests, driving repeat bookings wherever possible
  • Scheduling treatments & advising guests on treatments appropriately
  • Report lost property, accidents, Maintenance issues, or other incidents

What are we looking for?

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Excellent grooming standards

  • At least years experience in the reception/customer service. Hotel/Resort experience desirable

  • Eye for detail

  • Fluent in English, both spoken as written
