ホテルのエントランスおよびロビーにて、お客様のお出迎えからご滞在中のサポートまで幅広くご担当いただきます。

主な業務内容

• お客様のお出迎え・お見送り
• お荷物の搬送および客室へのご案内
• 客室や館内施設のご案内
• タクシーや配送手配などのサポート業務
• ロビー周辺の整備・管理
• 他部門（フロント・コンシェルジュ等）との連携
• ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests upon arrival and departure

• Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms

• Provide information about guest rooms and hotel facilities

• Assist with arranging taxis and delivery services

• Maintain and manage the lobby area

• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Concierge, etc.)

• Deliver services in accordance with brand standards

• 接客業の経験（業界不問）
• コミュニケーション能力の高い方
• 立ち仕事および荷物運搬が可能な方
• ホテルでの勤務経験歓迎
• 英語での接客対応が可能な方（その他言語も歓迎）
• シフト勤務（早朝・夜間含む）が可能な方
• ホスピタリティ精神をお持ちの方
• 明るく丁寧な対応ができる方

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (any industry)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle luggage
• Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
• Ability to provide guest service in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Availability to work shifts, including early morning and night shifts
• Strong sense of hospitality
• Positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor
