THE ROLE:

We are looking for the potential candidate for Oncall Health Club Receptionist position in our Legendary Hotel Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus.

What will I be doing?

As a **Oncall Health Club Receptionist,**specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• To take all the information correctly from the guests on the phone for reservation

• To communicate with the hotel guests in a warmly manner and to answer their needs.

• To answer phone calls with regard to standards, and to take message if needed.

• To welcome health club guests, to take record and to give information.

• To be responsible from the enterance of the Health Club enterance and to follow up the cleaning.

• To ensure the guests wear galosh when entering the Health Club due to hygiene rules.

• To determine the break ups in the Health Club and to follow them up.

• To ensure the correct calculation of the daily enterances and services to hotel guests.

• To have attention to membership system and try to make new members and follow them up
