ホテルの宴会・イベント部門を統括し、ヒルトンの基準に沿った高品質なサービスと効率的な運営を通じて、ゲストに印象的なイベント体験を提供していただきます。
現場オペレーションの管理に加え、スタッフ育成やサービス品質の向上にも主体的に取り組んでいただきます。

主な業務内容

• 宴会・会議・イベント時のサービスオペレーション管理
• スタッフへの指示出しおよびチームマネジメント
• 新人・既存スタッフのトレーニングおよび教育
• サービス基準の維持・向上
• ゲスト対応およびクレーム対応
• 他部署（キッチン・セールス等）との連携
• シフト管理・人員配置の調整
• 売上・コスト意識を持った運営サポート

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee banquet, meeting, and event service operations
• Lead and guide team members during service
• Train and support staff development
• Maintain service quality standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues
• Work closely with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Support efficient operations with cost awareness

• 4～5つ星ホテルでの2年以上の宴会経験
• 宴会・F&Bオペレーションに関する実務知識
• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーション能力
• 強いリーダーシップとチームマネジメント力
• ゲスト志向で、サービス基準を超える対応ができる方
• 柔軟性があり、繁忙期やプレッシャーのある環境でも前向きに対応できる方
• 長時間勤務や不規則なシフトに対応可能な方

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of banquet experience in a 4–5 star hotel
• Knowledge of F&B and banquet operations
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Guest-focused with a positive attitude
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
