About the role

【募集】フロントデスク

ホテルの顔として、お客様対応およびフロント業務全般をご担当いただきます。

主な業務内容

  • チェックイン・チェックアウト業務
  • お客様からのお問い合わせ対応(対面・電話・メール)
  • 予約管理およびデータ入力
  • 客室のアサインおよびアップセルの提案
  • 会計業務および精算対応
  • 他部門(ハウスキーピング・レストラン等)との連携
  • ブランドスタンダードに基づいたサービス提供

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Manage reservations and perform data entry
  • Assign rooms and promote upselling opportunities
  • Handle billing, payments, and cashiering duties
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurants, etc.)
  • Deliver services in accordance with brand standards

  • 英語での接客対応が可能な方(その他言語も歓迎)
  • シフト勤務(夜勤含む)が可能な方
  • 基本的なPCスキル

  • 明るく丁寧な対応ができる方

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide guest service in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Availability to work shifts, including night shifts
  • Basic PC skills
  • Strong sense of hospitality
  • Positive attitude with a courteous and professional demeanor
