Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment.

Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational activities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of recreational activities and programs, including water sports, fitness classes, cultural experiences, and family-friendly events.

Manage and maintain all recreational facilities, including swimming pools, fitness centers, sports courts, and equipment.

Lead and motivate a team of recreation team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure the highest level of service.

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and activities, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve the recreation offerings to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Ensure all safety and health regulations are followed and that guests and staff are aware of safety procedures.

Manage the recreation budget, including purchasing supplies, equipment maintenance, and staffing costs.

Promote and market recreational programs to guests, enhancing their overall experience and encouraging participation.
