About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE-IV)with deep expertise in Java to design and build scalable, high-performance systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence architecture and best practices across teams.

• System Design:

• Create HLD and LLD for complex, distributed systems.

• Define architecture patterns, data flow, and integration points.

• Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Python, or similar languages.

• Implement microservices and APIs with best practices.

• Performance & Scalability:

• Optimize systems for high availability and low latency.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and QA teams.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers on design and coding standards.

• Code Reviews & Quality:

• Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and design principles.

Required Skills

• Experience: 7+ years

• Strong experience in HLD and LLD for large-scale systems.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.

• Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture,RESTful APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Knowledge of Databases(SQL/NoSQL) and Caching Mechanisms.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Distributed Systems,Event-Driven Architecture, and Messaging Queues.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines,Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
