Summary:
The Manager, Talent Experience will lead a team of Talent Experience Partners to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes by driving sourcing strategies, managing recruitment workflows, and ensuring accountability to key metrics. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience, from intake to preboarding. Additionally, the Manager will optimize recruitment operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company’s long-term talent needs.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Experience Partners to deliver exceptional recruitment and hiring outcomes.
- Oversee the requisition intake process, ensuring alignment with ideal candidate criteria and business needs.
- Drive sourcing and outreach efforts, including leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract diverse and qualified talent.
- Manage recruitment workflows, including requisitions, job postings, and candidate tracking in the ATS (Greenhouse).
- Conduct and oversee initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment using tools like Brighthire.
- Coordinate and optimize interview scheduling and collaboration between candidates and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, ensuring accountability to KPIs.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and progress updates.
- Lead the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring candidates have a smooth preboarding experience.
- Develop and implement talent strategies and recruitment operations that drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
What You Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7-10 years of progressive work experience in Talent Acquisition
- 2-5 years of management experience as a talent acquisition manager leading teams of high-performing recruitment professionals
- Leadership & Team Development: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and full-cycle hiring, with a focus on aligning talent strategies to organizational goals.
- Operational Excellence:
Proficiency in streamlining recruitment processes, managing multiple priorities, and implementing scalable systems for efficiency.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Strong ability to interpret recruitment metrics, evaluate performance, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, influence decision-making, and align with cross-functional stakeholders.

Leaking stems with MP rotators
EDIT: the leak in photo is pretty tame. Usually it’s shooting like 2-3” high. Radius drops to 2-3ft. Looking for some advice on intermittent leaking of seals. have a small section with MP rotator nozzles and orbit bodies with 40psi regulation. city water, heads are all above grade. unfortunately the soil is fairly sandy which is probably making the problem worse. there's a few heads that seem to constantly have leaking at the seals. and risers stay up after zone shuts off. one or two are
