About Hebbia

Hebbia is the AI platform for finance that generates alpha and drives upside.

Founded in 2020 by George Sivulka and backed by Peter Thiel and Andreessen Horowitz, Hebbia powers investment decisions for Black Rock, KKR, Carlyle, Centerview, and 40% of the world’s largest asset managers. Our flagship product, Matrix, delivers industry-leading accuracy, speed, and transparency in AI-driven analysis. It is trusted to help manage over $30 trillion in assets globally.

We deliver the intelligence that gives finance professionals a definitive edge. Our AI uncovers signals no human could see, surfaces hidden opportunities, and accelerates decisions with unmatched speed and conviction. We do not just streamline workflows. We transform how capital is deployed, how risk is managed, and how value is created across markets.

Hebbia is not a tool. Hebbia is the competitive advantage that drives performance, alpha, and market leadership.

The Team

Check out where our brand and product are headed at https: //design.hebbia.com/

We're looking for a brand designer with a strong grip on hierarchy, typography, and composition. Your aesthetic is premium and considered, suited to the high-stakes audiences Hebbia works with in finance and law.

That being said, working in B2B SaaS doesn't mean our visual storytelling should be boilerplate. With a design team that has backgrounds in architecture, music, mathematics, and fine arts, our inspiration often comes from spaces outside of technology. This is reflected deeply in our core identity—which straddles the line between a being a premium, enterprise touchpoint for high stakes institutional work, while also recognizing our customers' deep love for high craft and culture.

In this role, you'll work closely with creative director Greer Chapman, our head of design Arjun Mahesh, and founder George Sivulka to evolve and deploy our brand.

Why join us?

  • We’re growing incredibly fast—coming off three back-to-back record quarters

  • We’re a Series B startup that has raised $130M from the likes of a16z

  • Our biggest investment is in our people and growing our team

  • Work with an amazing team, where everyone from the founder down is invested in world-class design

  • We work in-office 5 days a week in So Ho NY, surrounded by creativity, design, fashion, architecture, food, and coffee

  • Competitive compensation: salary, equity, daily lunches, fertility, unlimited PTO

What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the visual identity: logo, color, typography, iconography, motion guidelines (and build systems that actually scale)

  • Design across marketing and campaigns: ads, landing pages, email, social, event collateral

  • Lead design on marketing sites, our most visible brand expression, working closely with engineers and no-code tools

  • Partner with product designers to make sure the brand shows up right inside the product (onboarding flows, empty states, in-app moments)

  • Create the decks, one-pagers, and proposals that go in front of enterprise buyers, investors, and partners

  • Own our events and conference presence: booths, swag, sponsorship assets

  • Design for content and thought leadership: reports, whitepapers, blog visuals, social

  • Keep internal teams aligned to brand standards and evolve the guidelines as we grow

About you

  • 5+ years of brand design experience, ideally with some time at a high-bar tech company or agency

  • A portfolio that shows range: identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital, print — and a consistent point of view across all of it

  • Deep craft in typography, composition, and layout; you sweat the details without being precious about them

  • Strong Figma skills and proficiency across Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design; motion chops in After Effects are a plus

  • Experience designing for enterprise or B2B audiences — you know how to make something feel serious without being boring

  • Comfortable working across functions and moving fast in an ambiguous, early-stage environment

  • Clear communicator who can present work, take feedback, and give it

  • (Nice to have) Proficiency with 3D and Cinema4D or Blender

  • (Nice to have) Having an opinion on how to use motion in-product, leveraging Lottie or other animation solution

Compensation

The salary range for this position is set between $130,000 - $145,000. This range may be inclusive of several career levels at Hebbia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.

Life @ Hebbia

  • Insurance: Medical + Dental + Vision + 401K + Wellness Benefits

  • Parental leave policy: 3 months non-birthing parent, 4 months for birthing parent
