Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)- Lead end-to-end video production across Enthusiast Group brands, from concept development and pre-production through field/studio shoots, post-production, and final delivery
- Produce pre-production materials including scripts, schedules, call sheets, budgets, and production documentation
- Book and coordinate crews, freelance talent, equipment, transportation, and production logistics
- Manage budgets, vendor quotes, contracts, releases, expense reporting, and media delivery
- Collaborate closely with creative, editorial, graphics, and post-production teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical specifications
- Edit and produce both long-form and short-form content for digital, site-based, and social platforms (including TikTok and Instagram)
- Oversee in-house production equipment maintenance and development to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain organized archives of final exports, project files, and documentation while holding contributors accountable for high-quality, on-time delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Hands-on experience operating professional camera systems (including Sony and Canon) in both studio and field environments
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques to produce polished, high-quality visuals
- Deep knowledge of the digital video landscape, including emerging platforms, trends, and competitors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively across brands, creative styles, and workflows
- Ability to work in-office in Easton, PA four days per week

The base salary for this role is between $65,100 - $68,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America, East, Collective Bargaining Agreement.
