  • Deep knowledge of health, fitness, training, and nutrition, with enthusiasm for cycling and rider culture.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms, including digital and video.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across editorial, audience, and production teams.

  • A data-informed approach to editorial strategy and audience engagement.

  • Experience producing or contributing to multimedia content such as video or social media storytelling.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to test new ideas and formats.

  • Commitment to creating inclusive, trustworthy content that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Hybrid work schedule with four days per week in the office in Easton, Pennsylvania.
