Job Summary
To understand client requirements to propose & deliver technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
- To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
- To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
- To participate in team meetings.
- To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
Skill Requirements
JOB TITLE Success Factors Time Tracking and Time Sheet ConsultantROLE OVERVIEWThis is an Success Factors Time Sheet/Time Tracking (6+ years exp). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the implementation and Support of Success Factors Time Management ModuleKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have bachelors or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like Success Factors Time Management Module Like Time Sheet and Time Tracking.

Should have been certified with minimum 5 years’ experience in Success Factors modules like Time Off, Employee Central experience is added advantage

Should have worked on 3 end-to-end implementation / support projects for Success Factors Time Off

Should be able to configure Successfactors, as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules.

Experience with Successfactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements

The Success Factors Time Management consultant will design and deploy HR technology solutions establishing key business capabilities & enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

The consultant will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.

This role requires proficiency in SAP Success Factors Time Management as well as knowledge and experience in internal and external Time Management integrations. Relevant experience in Success Factors Employee Central is required.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum of 5 years application consulting experience
-
Good experience & knowledge on multiple Success Factors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Time sheet and/or Talent modules

Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable)

Certified in at least one Success Factors module specially in Success Factors Time Management

At least 3 end-to-end implementation experience in Success Factors Time Off

Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate)

Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes

Good Communication skills, both oral and written

Understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)

SF Integration knowledge would be a plus

EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus
