Job Summary

• Deep knowledge on Citrix Xen App and Xen Desktop 7.X with Migration knowledge from On-Prem to Citrix Cloud
• Strong Knowledge on Citrix Cloud Environment like Daas, Secure Private access, Cloud Connector, Multi-factor Authentication, Workspace URL and FAS.
• Strong Knowledge on Citrix PVS Environment, Upgrade, Migrate, Gold Image Image Process, Versioning, DB Setup for PVS and Core Troubleshooting Knowledge on PVS.
• Strong Knowledge on MCS with Citrix Cloud
• Excellent knowledge on Dev,Test,pre-production and Production environment and best practices.
• Deep Knowledge on Citrix On-Premises WEM and Cloud WEM
• Strong Knowledge on Fslogix and its Concepts with Good Troubleshooting Skills.
• Good Knowledge on App-V, Citrix Storefront and Citrix UPM.
• Provide day to day Citrix Net Scaler technology directions, support and application guidance for proper load balancing.
• Install, Configure and Manage Citrix Net Scaler.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to Net Scaler.
• Coordinate with OEM and vendor for any issue.
• Responsible for upgrading firmware of Net Scaler devices as per Citrix recommendation.
• Create Net Scaler resource utilization report and share/discuss with team and management.
• Implement best practices.
• Monitor all Net Scaler devices.
• Create/Amend/Edit/Delete Custom Configuration related to virtual server, certificate, Policy settings, etc.
• Configure EPA and device restriction policies
• Should have knowledge on Microsoft GPO, SSL Certificate Installation and Working flow, VMware VC, ESXI, Datastore & Networking
• Deep knowledge on Windows Server and Client Operating Systems like Windows server 2019,2022, 2012 and 2008, Windows 10, Windows 11
• Should have knowledge on Dell Wyse Manager and Thin Clients.
• Strong knowledge on ITIL Process for Incidents and Change Management.
• Should have knowledge on Service-now Tool, PowerShell Scripting
• KB preparation and review, Knowledge sharing & documentation
• Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capacity / Architectural
• Good written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Drive operational excellence by utilizing Citrix Cloud management tools and automation frameworks to optimize virtual workplace environments, ensuring high availability and performance. 2. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes within Citrix Cloud, applying expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve critical issues and minimize downtime. 3. Lead, mentor, and empower support teams by providing expert guidance on Citrix Cloud administration, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. 4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Citrix Cloud operations with business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics and monitoring tools to deliver actionable insights and service improvements. 5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Citrix Cloud best practices, introducing innovative solutions and automation to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. 6. Ensure compliance with security standards and client SLAs by enforcing Citrix Cloud access controls, auditing policies, and managing risk across all operational activities. 7. Engage directly with clients to understand evolving needs, proactively deliver tailored Citrix Cloud solutions, and ensure transparent communication of operational goals and achievements. Skill Requirements

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Workplace Virtualization Concepts, Including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Vdi) And Application Virtualization.
2. Advanced Skills In Citrix Workspace, Citrix Virtual Apps And Desktops, And Citrix Cloud Connector Management.
3. Solid Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure Platforms (Azure, Aws) As They Relate To Citrix Cloud Integration.
4. Proficiency In Automation And Orchestration Tools Relevant To Citrix Cloud Environments (E.G., Powershell, Citrix Studio).
5. Excellent Problem Solving, Analytical, And Communication Skills.
6. Strong Leadership And Mentoring Capabilities Within Technical Teams.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Expert � Virtualization (CCEV) certification is highly recommended.

2. Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or AWS Certified Sys Ops Administrator (optional but valuable)

Citrix Xen App:
