To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities – Full‑Stack Senior Developer

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of assigned modules, delivering high‑quality solutions across front‑end and back‑end layers

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular or React

• Build responsive and reusable UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and component‑based front‑end architecture

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON payloads, and support system‑to‑system integration workflows

• Write efficient SQL / Oracle queries, perform query tuning, and optimize database performance

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver features in Agile / Scrum sprints

• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure code quality through best practices such as clean coding, code reviews, and version control using Git

• Support DevOps‑friendly development practices, including CI/CD readiness and environment‑aware development

• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical direction and on‑the‑job support during live engagements

• Troubleshoot production and non‑production issues, ensuring timely resolution and system stability

• Contribute to technical documentation, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skill Requirements

Senior Developer ▸ Minimum 3 years of full-stack experience ▸ Capable of leading module ownership ▸ Able to mentor junior team members on live engagements

Resources need to be skilled at: 1. JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular or React 2. HTML5, CSS3, and component-based front-end architecture 3. SQL / Oracle — query writing and performance optimisation 4. RESTful APIs, JSON handling, and integration workflows 5. Git, code versioning, and DevOps-friendly practices 6. Agile / Scrum methodology and sprint-based delivery
