Administrator - Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI)

Job Summary

Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions • Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements • Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans • Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues • Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions • Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies. Collaborates proactively with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs • Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers Certifications: Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications like CCIE, CCNP are \\r\\nhighly desired.\\r\\no Education: Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent. B.TECH / M.TECH \\r\\nBE/ BS

Skill Requirements

Strong Nexus 2K/3K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge and hands on experience and ACI. o Has knowledge and experience in overlay technologies VXLAN, BGP EVPN, OTV, LISP,VPC,VDC, Fabric Path, ISSU and DC-Switching o HSRP, VRRP, VLAN, VTP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, Macsec, PFC etc. o L2 Switching

Other Requirements

Creates and reviews project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans o Hands-on with Traffic Generator tools like Ixia, Spirent etc.
