About the role
Job Summary
TOperator coverage on a 24/5 Early/Late/Night rotation to sustain around-the-clock production. Baseline ≈ 5 Early + 5 Late + 4 Night.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 3D-print, substrate prep, post-treatment and measurement tasks per SOPs.
- Operate on an Early / Late / Night rotation to sustain 24/5 production.
- Maintain documented shift handovers and on-time shift reporting.
- Provide backup coverage and cross-training to avoid single points of failure.
- Comply with all lab safety, PPE and quality protocols.
