Job Summary

The Senior Developer at HCL is responsible for developing solutions using appian and implementing Agile methodology. The role involves collaborating within team to deliver high-quality software solutions, adhering to project timelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, and implement appian solutions to meet business requirements.

2. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

3. Implement agile methodology practices to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.

4. Participate in code reviews, debug issues, and provide technical support as needed.

5. Work closely with qa teams to ensure software quality and resolve any defects or issues.

6. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers in appian and agile practices.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to appian and agile methodology.
