General description : The candidate will be a member of the Delivery Environment Management Team within the stream of ROC Core Environment & Infrastructure, supporting and ensuring readiness and availability of various test-environments.

Key Features :

• Delivery Environment Management is an essential support function for the software development and application lifecycle management process. overseeing availabilitx, stability and test readiness of different systems under test.

• this role manages an maintains multiple test environments on the bank's core platform as well as its connected satellite applications

• provide support, coordination and communication along with the software delivery process

• overseeing health check status, EOD readiness and managing issues related to failures or limitations

• supporting connectivity, interfacing and integrity of overall environments

• service request fulfilment (e.g. executing and supporting data refreshes)

Environment Management Responsibilities :

• directly engaging with environment setup process lead and contributors

• manages dependencies within end-of-day process (operational)

• coordinates issues with testing and application teams

• provides support during the testing windows (execution phase)

• maintains internal support knowledge e-base

• oversees and contributes towards c ange-, release- and deployment management process

• manages re-occurring problems, proposing and coordinating mitigation measures
