Job Summary

Responsible for build, maintenance, and support of Cerner Charge Services and Chargemaster, ensuring accurate charge capture and resolving charge-related issues in collaboration with Revenue Cycle and PFS teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster (CDM)

• Troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or failed charges

• Support charge pricing, code updates, and workflow configuration

• Collaborate with Patient Financial Services (PFS) to ensure billing accuracy

• Perform testing, validation, and documentation for charge-related changes

Skill Requirements

• Chargemaster Build

• Strong experience in Cerner Charge Services & Chargemaster build

• Expertise in charge troubleshooting and revenue cycle workflows Good to Have

Patient Financial Services (PFS) or Revenue Cycle experience
