Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing HR operations for a designated group of employees, ensuring the effective delivery of HR processes and programs. The position supports employee engagement, policy adherence, and HR service excellence, contributing to a positive workplace environment and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Administer employee lifecycle processes using HRIS platforms, ensuring accurate onboarding, transfers, and exits for assigned employee cluster.

Implement HR policies and procedures by utilizing knowledge of labor laws and organizational guidelines, supporting compliance and consistency within the cluster.

Facilitate employee engagement initiatives through digital communication tools, promoting participation and feedback.

Address employee queries and concerns using case management systems, providing timely resolution and escalating complex issues as needed.

Support performance management activities by coordinating appraisal cycles and documentation using HR management software.

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Assist in the execution of learning and development programs by scheduling sessions and tracking participation through LMS platforms.
