• Cloud Operations Manager – Role Summary Lead 24×7 cloud operations across Azure/AWS/GCP, ensuring platform stability, availability, and SLA adherence. Own incident, problem, and change management for cloud services, driving RCA, service improvement, and operational excellence. Manage cloud governance, capacity, cost, and performance through standardized processes, automation, and observability tooling. Drive SRE/DevOps-aligned operations, AIOps adoption, and automation-first practices to reduce toil and improve reliability. Act as the primary stakeholder interface for operations, coordinating with engineering, security, Fin Ops, and business teams. Lead and mentor L1–L3 cloud operations teams, ensuring skills readiness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
