Key Responsibilities

Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Infrastructure As Code Practices Using Terraform And Azure, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.

Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Troubleshooting Using Azure Kubernetes And Windows Azure Iaas, To Deliver Effective And Timely Solutions.

Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Analysts, And Coaching Team Members To Enhance Operational Efficiency.

Independently Resolve Support Tickets Within Agreed Sla By Utilizing Iac Principles With Terraform And Azure Services, Ensuring Swift And Effective Issue Resolution.

Maintain A Positive Customer Experience And High Csat Ratings Through First Call Resolution Strategies And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopen Cases.
Skill Requirements

Proficient In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform.
