Job Summary

This role oversees the operational management of advanced security solutions, focusing on the administration and optimization of Zscaler and Palo Alto platforms. The individual drives continuous improvement, ensures alignment with client service expectations, and empowers teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable network operations within large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operational excellence initiatives by leveraging Zscaler and Palo Alto platforms to optimize security processes, enhance system reliability, and ensure compliance across large-scale environments.

2. Architect and implement advanced security policies using Zscaler DLP and CASB features, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain data integrity and client trust.

3. Oversee complex incident and problem management processes, utilizing Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler security tools to resolve issues and minimize service disruption.

4. Mentor and guide technical teams in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Zscaler and Palo Alto solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

5. Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans, ensuring the support team's delivery aligns with client SLAs and expectations.

6. Drive innovation in operational processes by evaluating emerging features in Zscaler and Palo Alto ecosystems, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.

7. Ensure transparent communication of operational goals, project status, and security updates within the team, promoting accountability and knowledge sharing.

1. Excellent Knowledge Of Palo Alto Firewall Administration, Rule Configuration, And Threat Prevention

2. Advanced Skills In Security Incident And Problem Management Within Enterprise Environments

3. Strong Ability To Architect, Implement, And Optimize Network Security Policies And Controls

4. Solid Understanding Of Network Protocols, Vpns, And Secure Connectivity Solutions

5. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills For Mentoring Teams And Managing Client Interactions

6. Advanced Proficiency In Process Improvement And Operational Analytics
