Job Summary

To deliver specific assigned SLAs like CSAT through their team, uphold process adherence and compliance, manage team attrition, spearhead training development and initiatives, and promote team engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain Strict Adherence To Attendance, Login Hours, And Unscheduled Leave, Offer Regular Updates, Assist In Resolving Team Issues And Concerns, And Hold Regular Team Reviews.
