Job Summary
Lead strategic capability development and workforce transformation by aligning talent, training, and performance initiatives with organizational goals to build a future-ready, high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement structured training programs to enable foundational process knowledge and support domain-specific upskilling, deskilling, and multi-skilling.

Drive capability development and mentoring through CAMP implementation, career guidance, and pairing employees with experienced mentors for growth.

Build a future-ready talent pool by collaborating with L&D and Delivery teams, establishing external certification tie-ups, and preparing employees for evolving roles.

Lead succession planning and internal mobility by partnering with delivery teams to identify critical roles and optimize talent utilization across functions.

Manage performance and compensation frameworks by aligning goals, conducting appraisals, and enhancing retention through performance-linked growth strategies.

Oversee resource management lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, internal redeployment, and upskilling of unallocated resources in coordination with delivery and talent acquisition teams.
